Local Spotlight Award

Jeff Greenham (he/him) - Morgantown, WV

For our third year in a row, we are shining the light on local artists/craftspeople. These artists may be new to our area, new to creating works, or may have just flown under the radar and we feel like they need a light shone on them. This year we are honored to spotlight Jeff Greenham from Monongalia county. Jeff is recently retired from teaching and running the art department at Fairmont State University and was selected from a pool of applicants to be our 2023 Local Spotlight. Come meet Jeff in-person at Shalya Marsh’s stop! Find out more about Jeff HERE.

West Virginia Artist Award

Liz Urse - Fairmont, West Virginia

We aim to showcase exceptional talent from our great state and welcome anyone currently living in West Virginia to apply to be a part. This year, we are excited to announce that Liz Urse will be joining us with her prints at Lisa Guiliani’s stop! Find out more about Liz HERE.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Grant

Adam Hernandez (he/him) - Columbus, OH

New for 2022 was a grant opportunity for any artist that identifies as BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, or disabled. The award is meant to help offset travel expenses for an eligible individual to join the tour. This year’s grant was awarded to Adam Hernandez, a self-taught, professional artist, muralist, and designer based in Columbus, OH. Adam is a passionate advocate for the Latine artist voice and reflects in his work relationships between his Puerto Rican heritage, South Bronx upbringing, and interests in mythology. Stop by Lisa Guiliani’s stop to see Adam’s work in person. Find out more about Adam HERE.
